Very light massage done face up with a powder through the upper chest, arms, neck, face, scalp, abdomen, legs and feet. Who might benefit: People with lymphedema (swelling due to a buildup of lymph fluid). Those recovering from surgery, especially breast cancer surgery, where lymphedema can occur. Individuals with chronic venous insufficiency (CVI). People with rheumatoid arthritis. Those who want to improve their overall lymphatic function and immune system. Contraindications: Active infections. Certain medical conditions, such as kidney failure or heart failure. Deep vein thrombosis (DVT).
