Very light massage done face up with a powder through the upper chest, arms, neck, face, scalp, abdomen, legs and feet.
Who might benefit:
People with lymphedema (swelling due to a buildup of lymph fluid). 
Those recovering from surgery, especially breast cancer surgery, where lymphedema can occur. 
Individuals with chronic venous insufficiency (CVI). 
People with rheumatoid arthritis. 
Those who want to improve their overall lymphatic function and immune system. 
Contraindications:
Active infections. 
Certain medical conditions, such as kidney failure or heart failure. 
Deep vein thrombosis (DVT).

Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)

Similar to Relaxation/Swedish Massage, Pregnancy Massage is done at a light to medium pressure and may include: Full Upper Body, Legs, Feet, Hands, Arms, Scalp and/or Face. Combine all if you Choose.
May be side lying with pillowing or use of the pregnancy pillow provided.
Hot Towels included upon request.

Pregnancy Massage

Relaxation/Swedish Massage is done at a light to medium pressure and may include: Full Upper Body, Legs, Feet, Hands, Arms, Scalp and/or Face. Combine all if you Choose.
Hot Towels included upon request.

A variety of techniques may be used to achieve the best results based on your current appointment guidance.
The following may be used if needed: Cupping, Deep Tissue, Lymphatic Drainage, Hot/Cold Therapy, Trigger Point, Acupressure, Temporal Mandibular Jaw Dysfunction (TMJ), Assisted/PNF Stretching, Align and Refine, Scar Therapy, Swedish/Relaxation Techniques, Hot towels/Stones, Self/Home Care Routine, Before and after assessment.

Therapeutic Massage / Deep Tissue Massage

Temporal Mandibular Jaw Dysfunction (TMJ) - Work to the upper shoulders, neck, outside and/or inside musculature of the jaw to release tension.
Symptoms may include:
Pain or tenderness in the jaw.
Pain in one or both temporomandibular joints.
Aching pain in and around the ear.
Having a hard time chewing or pain while chewing.
Aching facial pain.
Locking of the joint, making it hard to open or close your mouth.
Headache.
Neck pain.
